New A La Carte Dining Option Puts a Smile on Sunday Mornings!

On Sunday November 3rd, Anton Kosmin – one of our Residential Assistants – decided to offer something special for our students. We typically offer a brunch on weekend mornings, served buffet style for students to come at their leisure. However, on this day Anton utilized his experience in the restaurant business to provide an a la carte dining experience. Students could select from several dishes, which were prepared to order, and were served with all the formality of fine dining. Not only was this a fun and creative way treat our students, but it also reduced food waste and opened the door for new ways to address food service. Thanks Anton!
