Long Lines Can’t keep Students from Black Friday Deals
November 27, 2015 | ASG Spotlight
Hour-long lines and large crowds didn’t detour some of ASG students who took on Black Friday 2015 at Pittsburgh’s Ross Park Mall. They heard about how fierce the customers can be, trying to be the first to grab the latest deals, but said the crowds were fairly tame. This was freshman Gwen Le’s first Black Friday experience, and she said that it wasn’t as scary as she read that it could be. “The lines were long and there were many people shopping, but it wasn’t as crazy as some places in America,” Gwen said. Though they weren’t Black Friday deals, she still came away with new clothes, a new iPhone 6S plus and had fun with the other students in Pittsburgh.
