Fall Recruiting Underway

American Scholar Group is excited to continue serving international students from around the globe who want to live and study in the United States.

Our Study in America Program saw some of our high school students go virtual with our partner schools this academic year, but we still have students here in our dorm playing for the high school tennis team, designing three-dimensional printer materials, and looking forward to the Prom in May. And our university partners continue to offer a great value for students who already have or will soon graduate from secondary school anywhere in the world.

The last 12 months have been challenging for everyone, especially those who want to travel and spend time abroad. ASG recognizes this and has faced challenges of its own, so we are excited for what the new school year will be able to offer by Fall of 2021:

  • The United States has now distributed 100 million vaccines and plans to do another 100 million by mid-May. Many ASG staff are already full vaccinated, and more are signing up to get them as they become eligible
  • As vaccination levels reach even higher levels over the Summer, many more businesses and destinations will open or become available for the general public and for ASG staff and students. That means we can get back to doing so many of the weekend activities and trips for fun and cultural immersion that ASG students enjoy
  • Our partner high schools have been holding in-person classes, clubs, and have had active academic and sports competitions all year, going virtual a couple of short periods out of an abundance of caution while keeping the school buildings fully sanitized
  • ASG offers pathways for students from high school through university and beyond to provide a unique level of guidance and support. This pathway works wherever students decide to attend university in America

Because of delays at some U.S. consulates and embassies, we recommend that interested students submit their applications as soon as possible so ASG can process them and get an admissions offer right away from your school of choice. The sooner our partner high school can issue the I-20 the better. The same is true for those applying directly to our partner universities.
